Dream Girl Academy™ Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Dream Girl Academy™ (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the Participant) and Brenda Lee. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

1. Program Access & Participation

Dream Girl Academy™ is a transformational online program that includes lifetime access to digital course content, resources, and a private community group.

Access is granted upon successful payment of either $111 USD per month (subscription) or $1,111 USD per year (annual payment). You are responsible for your own implementation, growth, and participation. This Program does not guarantee results — your outcomes depend on your energy, mindset, and consistent action.

Support is available via the Dream Girl Academy™ Community Group, where Brenda responds to questions within 24-48 business hours, based on her current timezone.

Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour within the community will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund or reinstatement.

2. Investment & Payment Terms

The current investment for Dream Girl Academy™ is:

• $111 USD per month (subscription-based)

• $1,111 USD per year (annual payment)

Your rate is locked in at the time of your initial enrolment, even if pricing changes in the future.

If you select the monthly subscription, you authorize automatic recurring payments every 30 days until cancellation.

If you select the yearly plan, you authorize a one-time payment that renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

Failed or missed payments will result in immediate suspension of access to all program content, community spaces, and any included bonuses. Access will be restored once payment is successfully processed.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and instant-access nature of this Program, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Financial hardship

• Personal dissatisfaction

• Incomplete participation

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

4. Dream Girl Academy™ Community

Membership includes access to a private online community for ongoing support, inspiration, and coaching.

Brenda will respond to posts and questions within 24-48 business hours, based on her current timezone. Please respect the pace and boundaries of this group — it is a shared space, not private 1:1 coaching.

Disrespectful behaviour, spam, or misuse of the community space will result in permanent removal without refund.

5. Testimonials & Media Release

By participating in Dream Girl Academy™, you grant Brenda Lee permission to use any written, verbal, or visual feedback — including testimonials, comments, reviews, or success stories shared through email, community spaces, or social media — for marketing and promotional purposes.

You waive any right to compensation, notification, or approval for such use.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within the Program — including but not limited to videos, templates, frameworks, worksheets, branding, course content, and recordings — are the exclusive intellectual property of Brenda Lee.

You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or repurpose any part of the Program for business or commercial use without Brenda Lee’s prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of Program content constitutes a breach of this agreement. You agree to pay $15,000 USD in liquidated damages for any violation, in addition to legal fees and enforcement costs.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain full confidentiality regarding all private materials, coaching sessions, group conversations, and peer contributions. Sharing proprietary content or participant information with third parties is strictly prohibited and grounds for removal and legal action.

8. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Dream Girl Academy™ is designed to support your personal growth and transformation. However, Brenda Lee makes no guarantees regarding specific results — financial, emotional, or otherwise.

Outcomes depend on your effort, choices, and commitment. You agree that Brenda Lee is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results you experience as a result of this Program.

9. Termination & Removal

Brenda Lee reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you violate any part of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment or failed payments

• Harassment, bullying, or disruptive conduct

• Breach of confidentiality

• Sharing or stealing Program content

• Misuse of Brenda Lee’s intellectual property

Violations may result in legal enforcement as outlined in the Intellectual Property section.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of Brenda Lee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

11. Agreement & Consent

By completing your purchase through the online checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement, even if no physical signature is provided.
