Private Coaching - Terms and Conditions 

Private Coaching clients get access to the Dream Girl Academy™ and 1:1 text and audio coaching through Voxer.

Voxer Coaching 1:1 Coaching 

The average response rate is 24-48 hour business days during the current timezone Brenda is in. You may send texts, screenshots and voice notes to ask questions, feedback and advice on anything at anytime. Brenda will only respond back Monday-Thursday.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Please ensure that you have done your due diligence and feel confident that this coaching container is the right fit for you. I am fully committed to showing up and providing high-quality support throughout our time together. This includes answering your questions, offering honest and constructive feedback, identifying any blind spots, and sharing relevant resources to support your growth.

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if you choose to cancel or discontinue the coaching at any point. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing [email protected]

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or makeup session provided.

Intellectual Property Rights. 

I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program content and materials provided to you through the Program, including all copyrights and any trademarks belonging to me. The Program content and materials are being provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license which means that you are not allowed or authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program or Program materials, electronically or otherwise, for business or commercial use, or in any other way that earns you money, without my prior written permission. In the event of a breach of this intellectual property rights clause, you agree to pay a sum of $15,000 as liquidated damages to Brenda Lee. This amount is deemed reasonable and justifiable, representing the anticipated loss resulting from unauthorized use or replication of the Program content.Any violation of this intellectual property rights clause will result in immediate legal action to enforce the rights of Brenda Lee, and you shall be liable for all associated legal fees and costs incurred in pursuing such action.

Dispute Resolution 

You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made in connection with a purchase, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorneys' fees, associated with recouping payment on outstanding payment and/or disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event. We reserve the right to forward any payment disputes to a collection’s agency.

Non-Disparagement 

If there is a dispute between us, you agree to not publicly or privately make any negative or critical comments about the Program, my business or me, or to communicate with any other individual, company or entity in a way that disparages the Program or harms my reputation in any way, including on social media. In arbitration or when required by law, of course, you are not prohibited from publicly sharing your thoughts and opinions.

By paying for this program and reviewing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms in this Agreement. You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask me any questions prior to accepting this agreement, and that you are in agreement with all of the terms of this Agreement.
