Investment

If you have chosen the payment plan option, you are responsible for carrying out the entirety of the payment plan in full. At any stage, should you wish to stop, pause, or withdraw from the Program, you are still in legal obligation to fulfil all payments. All payment instalments must be made on time or Coaching and access to the Course Hub will be paused.

Refund Policy

I trust that you will do your research & trust yourself to know if this container is right for you. I promise to show up and do my part to coach (answer questions, give you honest feedback, highlight any blindspots and provide resources that may help you).

There are no refunds provided for any reason if at any point you decide to cancel or end the program.

Intellectual Property Rights.

I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program content and materials provided to you through the Program, including all copyrights and any trademarks belonging to me. The Program content and materials are being provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license which means that you are not allowed or authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program or Program materials, electronically or otherwise, for business or commercial use, or in any other way that earns you money, without my prior written permission. In the event of a breach of this intellectual property rights clause, you agree to pay a sum of $15,000 as liquidated damages to Brenda Lee. This amount is deemed reasonable and justifiable, representing the anticipated loss resulting from unauthorized use or replication of the Program content.Any violation of this intellectual property rights clause will result in immediate legal action to enforce the rights of Brenda Lee, and you shall be liable for all associated legal fees and costs incurred in pursuing such action.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made in connection with a purchase, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorneys' fees, associated with recouping payment on outstanding payment and/or disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event. We reserve the right to forward any payment disputes to a collection’s agency.

Non-Disparagement

If there is a dispute between us, you agree to not publicly or privately make any negative or critical comments about the Program, my business or me, or to communicate with any other individual, company or entity in a way that disparages the Program or harms my reputation in any way, including on social media. In arbitration or when required by law, of course, you are not prohibited from publicly sharing your thoughts and opinions.

By paying for this program and reviewing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms in this Agreement. You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask me any questions prior to accepting this agreement, and that you are in agreement with all of the terms of this Agreement.
