By enrolling in the Quantum Activations™ Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Brenda Lee (“Company”). Please read carefully before making your purchase.

1. Membership Access & Participation

Quantum Activations™ is a digital membership that provides access to an ever-growing library of energetic activations including guided meditations, affirmation tracks, rampage tracks, and sleep tracks.

Access is granted upon successful payment of the monthly or yearly membership fee. You are responsible for your own participation, practice, and results. This Membership is designed to support energetic and personal transformation, but no specific results are guaranteed.

You can access your activations through Kajabi via desktop or mobile app.

2. Membership Options & Billing

You have the option to invest in either:

  • Monthly Membership: Recurring automatic payments every 30 days.
  • Yearly Membership: One payment, renewed annually unless cancelled.

Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen payment frequency. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Kajabi account settings.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next charge date. Cancellations made after that window will take effect for the next cycle and no refunds will be issued.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital, instant-access nature of this Membership, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Financial hardship
  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Lack of participation

You waive any right to compensation, approval, or notification for the use of this material.

All content within the Quantum Activations™ Membership—including but not limited to activations, meditations, scripts, audios, written materials, branding, and designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Brenda Lee and is protected under copyright law.

You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose any content for business, commercial, or coaching use without written consent from Brenda Lee.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

You agree that Brenda Lee and her team are not liable for any decisions, results, or outcomes related to your participation in the Membership.

7. Termination

Brenda Lee reserves the right to revoke or terminate Membership access without refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Share or reproduce Membership materials
  • Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
  • Misuse intellectual property or community spaces

Termination for these reasons will be immediate and permanent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or country of residence of Brenda Lee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
