Millionaire Girls Retreat - Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket to the Millionaire Girls Retreat (the “Retreat”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding, and applies to all payments made, in full or in part.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward the Retreat are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

By submitting payment—whether in full or via an instalment plan—you acknowledge and agree that:

•  No refunds will be issued, even if you do not attend the Retreat.
•  No refunds will be issued for partial payments made through a payment plan.
•  No credits or transfers to other events, programs, or individuals will be permitted.
•  Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in further legal action.

3. Payment Terms

The investment for the Retreat is:

•  Pre-Sale Price: $8888 USD 
•  Payment Plans:
   • 3 x Monthly Payments of $2999 USD
   • 12 x Monthly Payments of $799 USD

All payment plans must be completed at least 8 months prior to the Retreat (no later than June 17, 2027). If payments are not made in full by this date, your spot may be forfeited with no refund.

4. What’s Included in the Retreat

This 3-day immersive experience includes:

•  4-Hour Sunset Superyacht (canapés + drinks included)
•  Hummer Limo Ride + Dancing

Sisterhood

•  Access to a Private Facebook Group for connection & planning
•  Community support and check-ins throughout the experience

All meals listed above include food and drinks. Light refreshments and snacks are provided throughout the day. Dietary needs will be accommodated as requested.

5. What’s Not Included

The following are not included in the Retreat investment:

•  Flights or travel to/from Melbourne
•  Accommodation/lodging
•  Any meals or drinks outside of the listed activities
•  Personal expenses, shopping, or gratuities
•  Transportation between venues unless specifically stated in Section 6 below

6. Included Transportation

Transportation is included for the following scheduled events:

•  Day 2: Round-trip transportation to and from the Luxury Spa Experience 
•  Day 3: Round-trip transportation to and from the Superyacht Experience 
•  Day 3: Hummer Limo Ride (to and from venue)

Note:
Included transport will leave and return to a central meeting point within Melbourne CBD. It is recommended that you book accommodation within the CBD to ensure convenient access to all experiences.

All other transport between activities is the responsibility of the Participant. Many venues are walking distance or accessible via Melbourne’s free tram zone.

7. Participant Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree that:

•  You are physically and mentally well enough to participate in all retreat activities.
•  You will act respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.
•  You are solely responsible for your personal belongings, health, and well-being during the retreat.
•  You are at least 21 years of age at the time of the Retreat.

8. Media Release & Content Usage

By participating in the Retreat, you grant permission for photos, videos, and audio recordings of you to be taken and used by Brenda and her brand for promotional, commercial, and educational purposes across all digital platforms (including social media, website, marketing materials, and future retreat promotions).

If you have any specific media boundaries (e.g., close-up restrictions), please notify the team in writing before the retreat.

9. Liability Waiver

By attending the Retreat, you agree to release Brenda, her team, affiliates, and collaborators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with your participation in the retreat activities, including but not limited to:

•  Physical or emotional injury
•  Illness, loss, or damage to personal property
•  Transportation incidents
•  Venue issues outside the host's control
•  Force majeure events (weather, emergencies, etc.)

You attend and participate at your own risk.

10. Acknowledgment of Terms

By purchasing your ticket (whether in full or part payment), you confirm that you:

•  Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full
•  Accept all payment, refund, and participation policies as outlined
•  Are entering a legally binding agreement with Brenda for your place at the Retreat
