Quantum Activations™ & Superhuman™ Memberships – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Quantum Activations™ Membership and/or Superhuman™ Membership (together, the “Memberships”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Brenda Lee (“Company”). Please read carefully before making your purchase.
1. Membership Access & Participation
Quantum Activations™ provides access to an ever-growing library of energetic activations including guided meditations, affirmation tracks, rampage tracks, and sleep tracks.
Superhuman™ is a digital audio membership featuring new monthly mindset audio drops designed to activate your power, shift your state, and realign you to your highest self.
Access is granted upon successful payment of the monthly or yearly membership fee. You are responsible for your own participation, implementation, and results. While these Memberships are designed to support energetic, mental, emotional, and personal transformation, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

2. Membership Options & Billing
You may invest in either:
- Monthly Membership: Recurring automatic payments every 30 days
- Yearly Membership: One upfront payment, renewed annually unless cancelled
Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen payment frequency. You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Kajabi account settings.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next charge date. Cancellations made after this window will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital, instant-access nature of these Memberships, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Financial hardship
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Lack of participation
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy in full.
4. Testimonials, Success Stories & Media Release
By participating in either Membership, you grant Brenda Lee the right to use any feedback, testimonials, success stories, progress updates, or energetic shifts you share — whether through email, comments, social media, or Kajabi — for marketing, promotion, or case study purposes.
You waive any right to compensation, approval, or notification for the use of this material.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Memberships — including but not limited to activations, audio trainings, meditations, written materials, branding, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Brenda Lee and is protected under copyright law.
You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose any content for business, commercial, or coaching use without written consent.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action.

6. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
The Memberships are designed as spiritual, energetic, and personal development tools to support growth, embodiment, and mindset.
Brenda Lee makes no guarantees regarding specific results, manifestations, financial outcomes, or emotional states. Your transformation depends entirely on your personal effort, energy, mindset, and engagement with the content.
You agree that Brenda Lee and her team are not liable for any decisions, results, or outcomes related to your participation.
7. Termination
Brenda Lee reserves the right to revoke or terminate Membership access without refund if you:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Share or reproduce Membership materials
- Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
- Misuse intellectual property or community spaces
Termination for these reasons will be immediate and permanent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or country of residence of Brenda Lee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
9. Agreement & Consent
By completing your purchase and joining the Memberships, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement, even if no physical signature is provided.
