HER YEAR™ Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in HER YEAR™ (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the Participant) and Brenda Lee. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

Program Access & Participation
HER YEAR™ is a transformational membership that provides access to Brenda Lee’s entire product suite (excluding retreats) and any other offers released within your 12-month membership.
Access is granted upon successful payment of either 12 monthly payments of $777 USD or a one-time payment of $7,777 USD. You are responsible for your own implementation, growth, and participation. This Program does not guarantee results — your outcomes depend on your energy, mindset, and consistent action.
Support is provided through any private community groups included with the Program. Responses from Brenda or her team may be provided within 24–48 business hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund or reinstatement.

Investment & Payment Terms
The current investment for HER YEAR™ is:
12 monthly payments of $777 USD
One-time payment of $7,777 USD
If you choose the monthly payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all 12 payments, even if you wish to cancel early. Membership may be cancelled at any time, but you remain responsible for payment of the entire contract.
Failed or missed payments will result in immediate suspension of access to all Program content and community spaces. Access will be restored once payment is successfully processed.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and instant-access nature of this Program, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Financial hardship
Personal dissatisfaction
Incomplete participation
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Testimonials & Media Release
By participating in HER YEAR™, you grant Brenda Lee permission to use any written, verbal, or visual feedback — including testimonials, comments, reviews, or success stories shared via email, community spaces, or social media — for marketing and promotional purposes.
You waive any right to compensation, notification, or approval for such use.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials within the Program — including but not limited to videos, templates, frameworks, worksheets, branding, course content, recordings, and written materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Brenda Lee.
You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or repurpose any part of the Program for business or commercial use without Brenda Lee’s prior written consent.
Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of this agreement. You agree to pay $15,000 USD in liquidated damages for any violation, in addition to legal fees and enforcement costs.

Confidentiality
You agree to maintain full confidentiality regarding all private materials, community discussions, and peer contributions. Sharing proprietary content or participant information with third parties is strictly prohibited and grounds for removal and legal action.

Disclaimer & No Guarantees
HER YEAR™ is designed to support your personal growth and transformation. However, Brenda Lee makes no guarantees regarding specific results — financial, emotional, or otherwise.
Outcomes depend on your effort, choices, and commitment. You agree that Brenda Lee is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results you experience as a result of this Program.

Termination & Removal
Brenda Lee reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you violate any part of these Terms, including but not limited to:
Non-payment or failed payments
Harassment, bullying, or disruptive conduct
Breach of confidentiality
Sharing or stealing Program content
Misuse of Brenda Lee’s intellectual property
Violations may result in legal enforcement as outlined in the Intellectual Property section.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brenda Lee’s country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

Agreement & Consent
By completing your purchase through the online checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement, even if no physical signature is provided.
