Private Coaching — Terms & Conditions

Program Overview
This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for Brenda Lee’s Private Coaching Package (“Program”). By purchasing or participating in this Program, you (“Client”) agree to the terms below.

The 6-Month Private Coaching Package is priced at $16,666 USD (Pay in Full) or 12 x $1,444 USD (Payment Plan).

Program Inclusions

• 2 x Signature Courses of Your Choice
  Choose from Get Paid To Exist, Rich Girl, The Modern Aphrodite, or Exit The Matrix. You will receive lifetime access, including all future updates, inclusions, and bonuses.

• 6 x 60-Minute Private Coaching Calls
  Private 1:1 sessions with Brenda Lee via Zoom. Each call is designed to support you in embodiment, mindset, energetics, business strategy, and identity transformation.

• Voxer Coaching for 6 Months (Monday–Thursday)
  Receive text and voice-note support for ongoing guidance and integration. You may send messages at any time. Brenda typically responds 1–2 times per day, in the afternoon and evening in her current timezone. At most, she will respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Thursday, her timezone).

• Access to Dream Girl Academy, Quantum Activations & Superhuman for 6 Months
  Immediate access is granted upon purchase. These resources are designed to deepen your feminine embodiment, energetic expansion, and manifestation practices.

Scheduling & Availability

Upon purchase, you will:

• Receive instant access to Dream Girl Academy, Quantum Activations, and Superhuman.

• Receive an email within 24–48 business hours to schedule your coaching calls and confirm which two signature courses you’d like included.

Please ensure availability between 9 AM – 5 PM (AEST), Monday through Friday, as all coaching sessions are scheduled within these hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including if you choose to discontinue the coaching at any time or fail to attend a scheduled session.

If you need to reschedule a call, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email at [email protected] .
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or replacement session.

You are responsible for all payments as agreed upon at checkout, whether or not you complete or participate fully in the Program.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property shared through this Program — including but not limited to lessons, videos, frameworks, methods, documents, and resources — remain the sole property of Brenda Lee.

You are granted a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, sell, publish, or distribute any Program materials in any form without written permission from Brenda Lee.

In the event of a breach of this clause, you agree to pay $15,000 USD as liquidated damages. This sum represents a fair and reasonable estimate of losses resulting from unauthorized use. Legal action will be pursued for any infringement, and you will be liable for all associated legal costs and fees.

Social Media, Marketing & Testimonials

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that Brenda Lee may use your name, likeness, and statements in marketing materials, including testimonials, case studies, or promotional content.

• Testimonials, quotes, or results shared by you may be used publicly on social media, websites, email campaigns, or other marketing channels.

• Any content shared by Brenda Lee will be presented professionally and respectfully.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree not to dispute or charge back any payments made for this Program.

If a chargeback is initiated, you agree to immediately cancel or withdraw it. You are responsible for any legal, administrative, or collection fees incurred by Brenda Lee in recovering payment.
We reserve the right to forward any unresolved disputes to a debt collection agency.

Non-Disparagement Clause

You agree not to make any public or private statements that may disparage, defame, or negatively impact Brenda Lee, her business, or the Program in any way, including but not limited to online reviews, social media posts, or public comments.

This does not restrict your right to communicate as required by law or within legal proceedings.

Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes are dependent on your personal participation, implementation, and commitment. Brenda Lee provides coaching and mentorship for educational and informational purposes only and does not provide financial, medical, or psychological advice.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By purchasing this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms within this Agreement.

You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and that you voluntarily agree to these terms in full.
